DAY 13 – NUTRITION 11 – BEATRICE 7

Sugar is a big issue, but so is stress. We really need to start to take time out, just to breath for example, or do something that is quietly looking after ourselves and our bodies, and to many people have assumed for too long that they are healthy. They should have known for years that they are not healthy, because there are so many indicators of bad health that come on years before you get diagnosed with a chronic health condition.

Any kind of pain is a chronic indicator that something is going on. Even suppressing an infection with an antibiotic is a huge problem. Ignoring when one is tired. That’s a huge problem.
